Exchange and return • First: To return or exchange products, please note that the following conditions must be met: 1- Bring the original order invoice. 2- The product must be in its original condition at the time of purchase. 3- For crops: The product must be unused and the packaging must be airtight 4- For tools: The product must contain a defect or manufacturing defect. 5- Products cannot be returned or exchanged if purchased during promotional offers unless there is a defect or manufacturing defect. • Second: The amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days after we receive the shipment from the shipping company. In the event of a replacement, the compensatory product will be sent within the same period, with the shipping cost being borne by the customer in the event that the customer desires the replacement without a manufacturing defect. • Third: If the customer receives an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged order: 1- He must inform us within a maximum period of 3 days from the time of receipt of the request through one of QAF’s customer service channels. 2- Please provide pictures of the product in addition to a copy of the invoice and a detailed description of the problem. 3- The shipment is sent after confirming the manufacturing defect in the product after receipt. 4- The replacement product will be delivered to the customer within 5-7 working days after approval of the replacement. 5- Defective or damaged products will not be replaced with a product of another type of product if the quantity of the product ordered runs out, in which case the amount will be refunded. 6- All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the refund is approved. Fourth: Warranty: 1- All electronic devices at Qaf Roastery are under warranty for two years. 2- The receipt must be kept to verify the guarantee. Fifth: Warranty exceptions: 1- Hand tools such as mills, distillation tools, and consumable parts such as gears, filters, grinders, or the like. 2- Accessories or external parts such as the external structure, handles, etc 3- Any parts or components added by the customer. 4- The warranty service excludes malfunctions resulting from misuse, supplying the device with inappropriate voltage, or non-compliance with the instructions for use in the product manual. 5- By not adhering to the instructions for use in the product manual, the instructions contained in the web pages, the usage guide or the product description when activating the product or products are likely to void the warranty. 6- Breakages, strikes, cuts, or exposure of the product to external factors or elements voids the warranty. 7- Attempts at repair or maintenance operations in parties not affiliated with Qaf Roastery may lead to damage to the product and thus invalidate the warranty. Sixth: Shipping: 1- Delay in delivering the shipment due to the carrier is considered outside the responsibility of Qaf Roastery. 2- In the event that the order is returned by the carrier due to the customer not responding, repeated postponement, or an error in the address entered, the customer will bear the shipping cost. 3- Delayed shipping due to lack of information exempts the store from responsibility for the delay. 4- Orders placed on Thursday until 2 pm will be delivered on the same day during working hours, and after that they will not be shipped until Saturday due to the shipping companies’ weekend.
